The camper, in attending McGuffey Wrestling Boosters Fall Clinic, and in using the clinic facilities does so at his/her own risk. McGuffey Wrestling Boosters Fall Clinic, its staff, and McGuffey High School shall not be liable for any personal injury sustained by the camper during the clinic or at the facilities. The camper and his/her parent’s assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries which may occur to the camper during the clinic and so hereby fully and forever exonerate and discharge, McGuffey Wrestling Boosters Fall Clinic, it’s staff and McGuffey High School from any and all claims, demands, damages, right of action or causes of action present or future, whether the same be known, anticipate, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the camper’s participation in the clinic and in the use of the facilities.
